I need a copy of I.E. to install on  non internet connected pc. How can i

I have encountered a problem when installing IE 5.5 SP2 on a machine which

When opening outlook express, I get a "message center

For some reason each time I click my mouse on the sidebar
to page down it moves down two pages at a time instead of
one like it use to.  Can anyone tell me how to rectify

I just bought a new computer with Windows XP Home Edition
on it. The Outlook Express that came with IE6 will not
allow me to view attachments that I have been viewing
with my old computer without problem. My old computer

I've tried installing (and re-installing) IE6 SP1 but it
keeps failing at around 80-90%.  
I'm presented with the message that that install could not
complete and to close all programs and re-run the install

How can I stop OE from removing attachments sent to me?

I was wondering if anyone knows of the problem and a fix
for it, whereby when you double click on Outlook Express
6 it takes about 45 seconds to 1 minute to open. This is
very unusual as it used to take me about 5 seconds flat.
