Not sure how to explain this problem but here goes,
I open IE at my home page, everything appears to be working,
if I follow a hyperlink which opens a window on top of my home page again
everything apears to be OK

Any ideas on this?  I would assume a Window Product has
been tested and certified, but it fails my setup / install
on my Windows XP Home Edition OS.
Any help would be appreciated.
