messenger, IM, even Netscape, all working except for
Internet Explorer! does anyone have any Ideas? Ive tried

the website owner says must have 128 bit encryption, mine
says 56 bit? It must have been 128 bit before when Iwas
accessing this site? How did it change? how do I get it
back?

when i open my home page it does not refresh automaticly
unless i use the refresh button. then if i go to another
page and come back its back to the page it opened with.
(ie 5.5 2000)
