Windows XP Pro SP1.  In IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, there is no
check mark in "Reuse widnows for launching shortcuts".
If I click on a web page shortcut in the OE Preview Pane, an existing IE
window is reused for the target web page.

As usual what should be easy with MS is not. The import/export "wizard" says
it makes it easy to import and export favorites. So I went to my old pc (has

I'm having a problems starting IE. Everytime I try to start

My menu item "Tools/Internet Options" brings up a window
