    I wonder if anyone can help. I have a problem with a particular web
page, but no one else seems to have the problem!
At www.westmidlands.com ( a newspaper site) I hover over the grey bars
under the Red banner and they don't turn into a hand, and if you click

everytime I try to open it it freezes. Well it also freezes

I've been having this problem for the last 3 weeks.  
Every time I turn on the computer and open IE 6, the
Search box on the left pops up and the Yahoo companion

I want to launch IE at the end of a InstallShield
installation program, and somehow the following dialog box
always shows up first:

The http:// default does not put itself in front of a web
addres when typed in therefore it won't go to the
address.  How do I fix it???
