I am currently running IE 5.5 on Windows ME. As of this morning the browser started having major problems. As soon as I tried to load pages, my entire screen went grey and I could only get out of it by restarting through ctrl-alt-del.

My IE6 crashed and refused to run, so I ran uninstall with the idea of re-installing. But even a new CD from MS with IE6 SP1 refuses to install. I get a 'newer version already exists' error with no options to continue. IE does not show

I just had my hard drive re-formatted and now there seems to be a tool missing. When I used to hold the mouse over a graphic and right click there would be an option to zoom in and zoom out.

i have clicked the clear history, delete cookies, delete temp files but the site that i have been to are still shown in the address bar. when i type in www.uo (the whole domain came out for selection) how do i clear the website domain from the address bar ?
