I know you go to internet options and the "general" tab to change your home page. My questions is when I start typing an address in space to the right of the "Address:" in the Home page section, a list of addresses appear.

During setup, stops and message is "A previous installation has pending work requiring a reboot...need to restart before running Internet Explorer setup". Then "Setup was unable to install all the components.

When accessing the "Tools -Internet Option" there are no tab for Security or Advances features. It tells me that I do not have Admin rights. This is my home PC. Please help resolves or explain this issue.

Running NT40 (SP6)was having issues with IE6 so tried reinstall. No go so I uninstalled old IE6. New IE6setup will not properly install. On boot after several tries I got the following:

I need to be able to block specific web-sites from our office staff. I have gone into Tools/Internet Options/Security and added these sites but the staff are still able to pull up the sites. We have Windows 2000
