I am running windoww me and when I tried to upgrade to
internet explorer 6 it won't load completly and suggestions

New computer with xp and explorer 6. The tool bars and window size save untill the computer is restarted then they go back to factory settings. Even with the toolbars locked they still change after restart. Where do I start to fix this annoying problem.

On w2k there is Start-WindowsUpdate button to the recent windows updates. Do

I narrowed down the problem but I need help solving
the "cookie" problem.  First, I use bluelight.com as my
ISP.  I use Internet Explorer 5.0 and i'm an eBay user.  I

Okay, before I downloaded a zip file, I was unaware
that "always open files like this" was checked and now
every time I start downloading a zip file, it
