I lost my desktop icon for IE and don't know how to get it
back.

I want to install internet explorer 6 on a windows 98 machine with no internet access.  I have another machine for the download, but how do I get a full download that does not need the internet at the time of setup?

Each week I will export my Favorites to a file which I
