I want to install internet explorer 6 on a windows 98 machine with no internet access.  I have another machine for the download, but how do I get a full download that does not need the internet at the time of setup?

I have Goggle as the default search with IE6, and I noticed that when I type
in the address bar it comes up with funny stuff...
If I type in: FT Bragg,CA, instead of going to search for it, it shows this:

Content Advisor -- if a site is unrated, Content Advisor
