IE6 SP1 Static from Speakers, Please help?27 Feb 2004 14:54 GMT2
I'm using Windows NT 4.0 sp6a.  A while ago I installed
IE6.0 fine, just recently I went ahead and performed the
upgrade to SP1 for IE 6.0.  I restarted the machine and
now when I laucnch IE, static comes out of the speakers

But i did, i upgraded to ie6. It's working fine except now
i can't access my most important sites such as my online
bank account and my share trading account. I can't even
get into my banks home page. If anyone can help thankyou

When you want to view a webpage offline there should be a
feature from the file drop down menu to check work
offline. I do not see it there where does this feature
have to be configured?

Hi - Any help here would be appreciated.  I just installed
IE6 service pack 1 and now have only the generic Explorer
icon (rather than colorful "product-specific" generated
icons) appearing in both the address window for all web

Have just changed over computers. New notebook running
XP. Had no problems connecting to LAN, but IE6 cannot

I've had problems trying to upload IE6, and this websites
instructions to correct the problem told me to rename the
wininit.exe file. I did that, and now when I turn on the

All of a sudden, 1) the clipboard won't copy from the address line, and 2) the <ul>function in HTML produces triple (or

(for dial up connections) as I used to have it and now it
never prompts me anymore when I close IE or OE.
