I am running Win2k AS. Every time I try to download SP1 for IE6, I receive
the following error:
"The download location information is damaged. Please clear your Internet
Explorer browser cache and retry setup"

I'd like to have a black background with green text while viewing web
pages.  I can change the text type but the webpages seem to override
the windows color option in OPTIONS/GENERAL/COLORS menu.
How do I get control of the background color?  White is too bright.

I keep getting "unable to install all componnents, try
again" with IE6 setup. I tried every suggestion on the
system to no avail.  I am lost.  Any help?

There is something wrong with my IE 6.0 on XP, so I
downloaded the latest version and tried installing it. I
get the error "Setup detected a newer version already
installed." I tried to uninstall it, using Add/Remove
