On previous versions of IE there used to be an option too
start in Full Screen mode.
I can't find this option iin IE6.  
Any pointers would eb greatly appreciated.

after icq installed, i see an icq button on toolbar of ie6
although i can right click toolbar and delete the icq button
i believe icq add-in (or plug-in) has merged with ie6 and slow it down a
