Normally, when IE6 encounters a hyperlink to a new page with the target
frame set to '_blank' it'll open a new page somewhat smaller (70%) on top of
the previous page.
Since yesterday, My IE will always open these new pages extremely minimized

Well, I goofed.  I stupidly deleted the Protected Storage
Key on Windows XP registry to remove the AutoComplete
forms and password entries on IE6 (I had too many).  
Now AutoComplete is gone "forever."  IE6 keeps asking me

My PC produces this error message at start up and the message box will not go away.  It is also affecting the active desktop and causing problems ahutting down.  Can anyone advise.
