I am attempting to upgrade IE from 5.5 to 6, but am repeatedly getting a message indicating an incomplete install and the need to reboot. I've tried repeatedly but haven't had any success with the upgrade. Any ideas on how to resolve?

My problem is that IE6 (and OE6 as well) are using the wrong paper size for printing, unless I manually reset it every time I print. Both programs are using paper size A4 (a British size) which is longer than 11" and therefore the footer (web address) does not print.
