I have a dual monitor sent up. My windows are split

I set up my tool bar how I want it and select "Lock".
Stays locked as long as I don't turn off my computer. If I
do, when I bring up IE6 again, "Lock" is still checked but
the tool bar has returned to it's default configuration.
