When trying to install IE6 SP1 from the MS site, I get an
error that says "The software you are installing has not
passed Windows Logo testing to verify compatibility with
Windows XP....".  I'm running XP Professional w/ all the

My favorites are nowhere to be found.  New additions
don't show up either.  When I try to add a folder that
used to exist I receive an error message stating I can
not add a duplicate folder?  Any ideas?

There is a website used by my son for his IT studies (and sadly password
controlled so I can't post the site details) where when he clicks a link
nothing (except a brief burst of modem activity) occurs. Even if I cut
and paste the url into a blank IE window nothing happens.

Everytime explorer is closed, the customized toolbar
resets itself to a toolbar where all the buttons are
hidden becuase they are all on top of each other. Any
ideas?

When I click on a .wav file link, the option to "open this file from its
current location" is greyed out - why? It didn't used to be - what happened?
How do I fix it?

When I try to right-click on a hyperlink for downloading, the choice "Save
Target As" is shaded out and not available.
When I do this at work.  (Using IE 6) this choice is available.
Why is this option available on some versions of IE 6...and not on others?

I have access to internet via ADSL connection throug a router.
Two computers uses this router and the one works ok.
On the other i've just made at total clear XP installation and have this
