Is there some reason why IE may cause problems loading some web-pages while others are fine? Or some links while others are fine? I need to make sure there are no issues here before I start accusing the telephone company of a duff line! I've changed ISP and still have the same ...

The game will not download. The only thing that appears is the box for the game and an x. It will also do this on some areas of some of the web pages I go to. Do I need to download something else?

I have to type 'http' in the address bar to get to a web site. This happened before and I modified something in the registry but I didn't keep a copy of that information. Can someone help?

I.E. will not start after clicking icon in Win98 environment. Open the task manager, and iexplorer is not responding. Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works.
