How can I restore my missing address bar in ie6????  I ran
regedit looking for a "noaddressbar" command - did not

It seems like I picked up bug where I can not permanently
change my opening home page to the address that I
designate.  It always resets itself to "about:blank" and
has an accompanying pop-up warning me about spyware.

There are five toolbars, including a whole toolbar for the
addresses/URLs. (Although I like a small window for addresses, ½ - ¾
of a line should be sufficient.)
When I reduce the lines at the top, I ALWAYS (even with the

list but when i deleate them they come back on the list
after several minutes, even after deletion from Registry

Recently had problem with my IE 6. When I attempted to
repair it with the Control Panel add/remove programs it
stated it could not be repaired and other messages stated
that some portion had iether been lost OR were corupted.
