Someone has been downloading things on the computer here
at home, and now there are four toolbars, and they won't
go away.  How do you get rid of them?  One of the toolbars
says it has an ad zapper, but I'm getting pop-ups with

my problem, as my son in law says before he gave me his
pc, he reinstalled ME over itself as he was getting an
error message saying he needed to do so.  

Short story:
I have Win ME,which came with IE 5.5; I installed MSN 8
which requires (and installed) IE6.
Had to reinstall ME (advised by MSN tech reps).  

For some strange reasons I all the sudden can't display certain pages, i.e.
I get "This page cannot be displayed". Most pages work normally. What could
be the reason? I tried to fiddle with the security settings, but to no
avail.

One department in the hospital needs to have their
employees view contents on ONE AND ONLY ONE web site.
Obviously, we can not put all other web sites into the
restricted list.

i have i.e. 6.0 & windows xp home. i keep installing the
google toolbar and next time i start i.e it is gone. also
i keep unlocking the toolbar and dragging until my links
are shown (vs. in drop down list). Again when i start i.e

I just moved from Windows 2000 to XP Pro.  The tech moved
old files to my D drive.  Where do I find my old inbox
files and then import them to my new Internet Explorer?

Please help, I recently got a pc from a family member.  
The O.S. is Windows Me, running Internet Explorer 5.5.  I
ran Windows Update and it said I had one critical update
to install, Internet Explore 6 and service pack. However,

I keep on getting pop ups by microsoft internet exploer
by verizon and ever time I get one I cose it but as soon
as I change to a website again it pops up. please help me
to get rid of all the pop ups by verizon

How do you copy the history folder from one pc to another, or is it
possible at all?  I have have already tried and it only showed the
binary folder format. Am I doing something wrong?
