Suddenly I cannot log on to the Internet.  I am getting an

I just finished a clean install of XP Professional and have applied all the
Critical and XP Windows Updates.  I have also installed Office XP to

Not sure if this is the correct site but if it is here's the problem:
I have problems browsing.
Using Windows 2000 pro, and Internet Explorer 6.
Problem is After typing in an address, I usually get the Cannot find server

I had installed the Messenger  6.2 with the popup blocker and it worked
pretty well.  I was browsing to see if there were a new version of messenger
and I saw the msn toolbar was released as a seperate item.  I installed it
and on pages with popups, about 1 out of 10 will cause IE ...
