My wife was accessing a web site when she was bombarded
with pop-up ads.  A software she had installed told her
she has xxx amount of files that should be removed.  Once
she did, she could get back into IE.  We hit the icon and

When I click the blue "E" to open IE, in the Dial-Up

Recently download IE 6. Wouldn't install on Windows ME.

I need to FULLY, strip it out before I re-install it

called Main Links. How did this get there and how can I
