Been trying to upgrade from IE 5.0 to IE 5.5 or IE 6.
All I get is a message: "A previous install has pending
work requiring reboot. You need to resart computer to
complete thqat installation before running IE setup."

Tried the Internet Explorer tools option and cleared history, but when i click on the tab for showing history...all the history of the sites once again pops up. Tried going to the Windows Explorer and deleting the history from Explorer but the history still does not go away even ...

I installed all the updates from the MS security update
disc that was made available ( Feb '04)
Now when I click on a link a new window opens, but then
appears to 'stall'. There is no address in the address bar
