Is there a setting in registry or option to cause IE to open maximized?

I've been attempting to log on to my company's work email
via outlook web access.  When the log on screen appears,
there are three shaded dots (...) and I am only provided
the option to enter 2 previously selected email addresses

I just did a fresh install with WinXP Pro and SP2. Now I cannot launch
Outlook 2003 from IE6. It works fine from any other icon.
My registry reads;
for Outlook it is mapi32.dll in DLLpath

For months now, I have had major problems loading updates
for IE6.  Sometimes the Knowledge Base atricles work, but
for the most part, they don't.  
I am running Windows XP Home and cannot run Norton

Don't remember since when I can not read the pdf file by using
InternetExplorer.  It was a result of updating a security update  a while

Not sure what's happened, but cannot open Internet Explorer
6 any longer. I get an error message each time -- internet

tried to uninstall and then reinstall, but I'm right back

When I open sites from my Favorites Bar, the windows open in a reduced size.  
How can I set my browser to open all widows in fully maximized size?  If I
open the window, maximize it and then close it...it still opens in a smaller
size upon re-opening.  Seems like it dosen't ...

The favorites folder "Links" does not display on the main view nor the
"organize" view BUT DOES SHOW on the "Add faorites" window. If I try to
create a new folder "Links" it says name in use.

I downloaded IE6setup.exe from MicroSoft.com. When I try to install it, it
downloads information, but then as it is installing, the installation stops
with an error message with a big red X:

I have tried several times to install ie 6 and when I pull

and needs to close" and it restarts the webpage....the
