i cannot access some secure bank sites (for example www.us.hsbc.com --> Personal Internet Banking.) it says the page cannot be displayed. i have Windows 2000, IE6 SP 1, Cipher Strength: 128 bit with patches Q837009, Q832894, Q831167, Q823353. anybody please help.

Something has corrupted my toolbar. I cannot unselect two toolbars that come up everytime I enter IE. Also, in the FAvorites tab, 4 UNWANTED sites are listed. I delete these sites off the Favorites, close IE and when I open it again they are there along with the two toolbars that ...
