When I open Internet Explorer, a home page comes up that I do not know where
it comes from.
I changed my home page in Internet Explorer by going to "tools", Internet
Options, General, and there I change the home page to a local newspaper.

I defragged my Win98SE system, it did not finish and it locked up

I am having a problem with the Hotmail site whereby, when
I load the page I get a IE script error (displayed by
double clicking the icon in the bottom left of the
browser) which displays that the MenuObj is not defined.  

I have deselected pop-up blocker on the tools menu and also on internet
settings and it still blocks pop-ups. How do I turn it off?
Also, I have AOL and the links within my mail no longer open an explorer
window.
