how can I keep the status bar?29 Oct 2004 11:08 GMT3
Here is an easy one (maybe!)
When ever I open IE6 I then need to click on 'view', 'status bar' for the
status bar to appear at the bottom. Is there a default setting so that it is
there all the time?
FullScreen Mode29 Oct 2004 10:04 GMT1
How do you get IE6 to start without being in full screen mode?  Is there a
configuration?  I know that F11 toggles the screen, but I would like to get
it to start in the normal mode.
Thanks
Event ID 429 Oct 2004 01:12 GMT1
My computer froze up and I had to turn it off at the tower.  In the Event
Log, it said:  Warning, Event E100B, ID 4, ~Network Connection Adapter Link
Down.  This happens quite often, and I'm not on a network.  What is causing
this, and how do I fix it?

Hiding Popup Blocker Settings27 Oct 2004 19:31 GMT3
We're packaging WinXPSP2 for deployment to users. One change I'd like to make
is to hide or disable changes to the Popup Blocker settings by removing the
option from the Tools menu in IE. It will be turned on in our package with
Medium security level and we'd like to see it stay ...

Recently I installed, evaluated, and then uninstalled a shareware web

IE6 Popup blocker????24 Oct 2004 18:00 GMT1
Something strange happened since a few days. All websites with links that
pop up a new explorer window don't work anymore. It's like there's some
built-in popup blocker which I can't find. It's pretty annoying since many
sites do work with popup windows.
