My home page is on my local computer. I have my local zone security set to allow everything. I have Microsoft's XP2 firewall disabled. Yet, every time I open my home page, I get a warning that Active Content is restricted, and it takes me three additional clicks to get rid of it.

What do I need to change so that I can download more than two files at a time? Do I need to change some setups in the Explorer or in the Registry file ? I am using Explorer 6.0. Appreciate all the help.

I have a lab of Windows XP Pro systems that are used by multpile student accounts. It has been requested that the opening Homepage be set to a specific URL. We are running Server 2003 w/AD but, I cannot get the systems to default to the URL for all profiles. Any suggestions?

I am curious as to whether or not the "Reset Web Settings" action in IE can be performed with a VBScript? I am assuming that it is writing entries to the registry to reset IE as the default browser, and I have run RegMon's to see what it may be doing, but I am having little luck ...

My IE 6 doesn't save passwords. I have it set up in Options/Content/AutoComplete the way "help" tells me to. And everytime I fill out a password, I get the IE pop-up that asks me if I want to save the password.
