I receive the following message when visiting some WEB sites.  When the
message displays, IE shuts down.  I have removed and replaced the operating
system to not avail.  I am a neophyte so, if you can answer, realize my VCR

i can be using internet explorer 6 and can be using for a short time or for a
few hours have tried changing settings of it but if i try to open a web page
from a link on a page i get a blank screen  but pc ( mouse says its busy ) i

When clicking on a hot link to another page on IE the link sometimes does
