Doesn't Open To My Home Page03 Apr 2005 01:24 GMT2
When I open Internet explorer 6.0, the website VRoomSearch opens instead of
my homepage. I go to Tools - Options and change the default back to my
homepage and my system reverts back to VRoomSearch. Anyone have any ideas
how to get rid of VRoomSearch?

Just recently when i have been on the internet every page i go on has words
just randomaly underlined in a green colour and they make IE go really slow
it like loads the page then pauses a little biut and they come up and they

Have downloaded IE 6 service pack several times. Have tried to install many
times and as its installing it gets to about 3% on IE 6 web browser in setup
and then jumps to 85% and finishes and says not all componets installed. I
click OK and it tells me previous setup has work ...

i am not very good at computers but i have been fighting mine for quite a
while now. i have windows xp and i tried to download ie6 but my computer
wouldn't do it because it says it has a newer version... 5.1? how do i get
rid of the 5.1 and load the 6. i have a feeling this is ...

Every since i downloaded IE6 it takes forever to web pages even my home page
i have road runner not dial up. I have good memory I always clean cookies
everynight, cache increase it decrease and nothing i don't know what else to
do I wonder if IE6 is competible with Windows me.Can ...

I wrote an ASP.NET app to run as a kiosk app in one of our medical clinics.
We have 6 kiosks currently running a classic ASP app on W98 that work fine
with a BAT file on bootup that has in it:
iexplore -k http://server/site/index.html

Been in hospital a few days and my sons have tried a few instals - as painful
as the surgery :-(
Fixed most but IE image toolbar on "save picture as" now only offers bmp,

History) it will normally stand open on the leftside of of the window.  Now

I'm having major probelms with my computer and IE.  I'm on Windows XP Home
Edition.  I got an adware virus and used Norton to remove it(sorta).  
However, its still there and I cannot find it. I've used Ad-Aware and it
didn't help.  I cleared all the cookies and temp internet ...
