I shall shortly be changing computers from a W98SE running IE 5.5 to a
super-duper WinXP one!
I want to transfer my existing cookies - is it simply a matter of
transferring the Cookies folder from the old to the new?

In setting up my IE 6.0, I move my LINKS bar into place (I use it), I lock
the taskbar.. Bu then, it eventually snaps away and is no longer in teh place
I want it. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to keep it locked in
place?

How do I add another app to the EDIT with button on the toolbar...?
Did it on old PC, but forgot how to do it... somewhere in registry keys,
seem to remember..!
why can't MS make it easier anyway...?

I open about 5 tabs in browser. I use mozilla firefox. I always get error
message "Unrisponsive"
The browser  crashes and I have to restart it many times again.
Any help please? It used to work correctly. It is working too slow now.

y content advisor does not work. I.E. when it is enabled it still lets me go
to all websites although i did not let it go to any site w/o a rating or the
approved sites. Is there any way of reinstalling this component in windows? I
have reoinstalled the whole windows but was not ...

using the folowing PAC file but can not add a HTTPS://155.155.144.12:10443 so
it will bypass the proxy.

I tried to clear the explorer skin using  "Rundll32 Iedkcs32.dll,
BrandCleanInstallStubs"  I got an error saying missing entry iedkcs32.dll

Is there some procedure to follow so that MSIE6 will stayed locked in Full
Screen mode (hidden tool bars).  As it is now I have to frequently select
View, from the tool bar, and click on Full Screen.
I am referring to FULL SCREEN, not maximized screen.

I have IE configured to remember usernames and passwords.
When I start typing the username, it appears, and then I press enter and the
password is automatically entered.  Everything is great. Then about 2 weeks

Isn't there a way to set the FULL SCREEN option so that it will stay ON.
The way it is now I have to continually select "view" and then "full
screen".

I'm want to use Microsoft script editor for debugging javascript html code
in a W2003 environment. I can start IE and I can start the script debugging
program, but it just doesn't want to go into debugging mode when an IE error
occurs. How to set this up?
