Under W98SE with all latest MS Winup fixes IE6(6.0.2800.1106) suddenly stopped allowing multiple instances. Each attempt to start a 2nd IE6 cause a brief hour glass and NO new IE6 window. Is this a bug or is there some setting somewhere that affects this? HELP?
