I use Win98Se, IE5.0.  I need to upgrade to IE6 and ordered the IE6SP1 CD
from MS.  However, my computer cannot access or autorun the CD.  Error msg
indicates the CD isn't recognized as being in the CD drive.  Other CDs work

Under W98SE with all latest MS Winup fixes IE6(6.0.2800.1106) suddenly
stopped allowing multiple instances.  Each attempt to start a 2nd IE6 cause
