Before I reformatted my HD I used IE 6 favourites export to save my favourites. I have now tried to re-install them from my CD. I now have a message "You do not have permission to save this directory, see Administrator". I thought I was the Administrator.

when I type "www.someurl.com" into the location bar, IE changes the locaiton bar to "C:\Documents and Settings\.....\Desktop\www.someurl.com" and displays a "Page not found" message.

I have IE6 and Mozilla Firefox installed on my computer. When i installed Firefox, it seems to have declared itself the default browser. Is there a simple way to make either the default browser.

I thought to make the browser window to fit your screen, you had to manually resize, then close off so that next time the window opens, it opens to that size. It is not working for me and every window still opens very small and is a pain! Thanks in advance

Updates were automatically installed on my computer. I'm now having a problem with IE. When I click on IE, it opens and all is fine but when I open a new IE window, the original window dies or closes.
