I have been using Opera but have grown tired of the bugs and crashes
and want to switch back to MSIE.  How can I import bookmarks from Opera

Have windows xp, ie 6 sp2, IE icon on taskbar will not open when
clicking on it.  But when try to shutdown computer, indicates IE running
