For some reason (as yet unknown to me) I am no longer able to select "save
target as" when I right-click on objet (picture, link to an mp3, etc.). This
just started yesterday and it's puzzling to me. I know I haven't changed any
settings.

I am designing some web pages, and am going to use "frames" for ease of
design/use and for aesthetic purposes.
I would also like for browsers that don't use frames to be able to see the
site also as nice as possible.

how do I stop internet explorer from automatically starting up when I start
up my computer? I don't think it did it before sp2.

I am currently running a non-english version of IE 6. However, I would
rather have an English version. I guess I would have to delete the current
version and then install the english version. I have tried to remove IE
without any success.

Whenever I attempt to open a new window in Internet Explorer the current
window closes. This started to happen several months ago after an automatic
update was installed. I am currently using:

I have IE 6.0 sp2 on Windows XP (to be specific,

When I visit a Web site that requires Java I get the message:
 To display this page correctly, you need to download and
installing I/E 6 Service pack 102 Sep 2005 01:50 GMT4
when i try to install this i get a message that "a previous installation has
pending work requiring a reboot. You need to restart your computer to
complete that installation before running Internet Explorer Setup. Setup will
now close.
