I have IE6 installed, W2K. I have IE icon on desktop - double-click and nothing happens. Even if I go Start | Run and enter c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe nothing happens. I'm stumped - can anybody suggest what to do? Many thanks.

My favorites list is now only showing recently used folders/sites with the down arrow to show me there are more items. How can I get the full list to show? There is a KB article that talks about "Preferences" under "Edit". But not

Why doesn't the animations and sounds disappear when I disable these choises in the Internet Explorer properties/Advanced/"Play animations in web pages"/"Play sounds in web pages"? The animations and sounds remain even if I disable these choises.....

My Company periodically updates my Favorites to add links to our web sites. This is a pain, as I know where all our web sites are... Is there any way I can stop them doing this? Or am I resigned to deleting the links every time they appear?

Only when I type http:msn.com or any other liget domain, will my browser will take me there by autocompleating it to http://www.msn.com. If I type www.msn.com it just sits there, or if I type msn.com. Where do I find to program this charactaristic into my broweser, like it's done ...
