Haven't been able to find a tech note on this problem.  After install IE6,
the symptoms are,
1. Can't put cursor into any search bar, such as Google.
2. When going to Help>About, get an Error 84 dialog box.

After running a set-up program which used IE as it's interface, it has left
IE always starting in kiosk mode(?) and showing the programs home page at
full screen!
