How can I install IE6 without going online? I have a thumbdrive to put the file on but I can't find the whole file. I can only find the ie6setup.exe and this just points me to the internet. I don't have an internal modem on the laptop and I'm trying to use a wireless adapter but ...

I am having problems with Active X that knocks me out of the system in IE. I noticed that I downloaded an update for IE using Service Pack 2, but now find that my system only had Service Pack 1 on it to begin with. Is there anything I can do to uninstall those updates? Would this ...

I was trying to setup my father's new computer yesterday and came across some issues if I wanted to start the IE6 application first and have it connect to the internet by dialing up to AOL (let me preface that if I start AOL first, then IE second, everything works great).

i recently downloaded beta 7 everything to do with windows stopped working i have now fixed the problems with iertututil.dll. now i cannot access web pages through internet explorer 6 i have tried to reinstall but windows come up telling me that i have a newer version already ...

A friend of mine has on his computer IE6 but also Netscape. When I create a desktop shortcut to a webpage it is Netscape that tries to open it. How do I ensure that it is IE6 that will open the page? Thanks

I use to use IE browser entry my mailbox at like yahoo etc. but recently I cannt entry and I was shown the follow words; [ If you are seeing this page, your browser settings prevent you from automatically redirecting to a new URL.

Please note that with IE 7 beta 3 several problems were encountered if "add on" is not turned on. Problems were f.e. desktop ie icons did not start or Icons start blanc because loosing there web address.
