Using Windows XP Pro and IE 6
Our GPO prohibits allowing the user to change the connection settings in IE.
When I set up a laptop with dial-up connections even though the connection
settings in IE show "Never Dial a Connection " (It is greyed out) it still

Hello,
I have Windows XP Professional.  My ISP is Time Warner Cable.  I have IE
version 6.
I have two separate problems.  
ie6 quit working, can't update, can't get ie717 Dec 2007 05:13 GMT6
My IE6 quit working a while back.  Actually, it'll open up when I launch it,
but it launches two windows and neither one will work, they just keep
refreshing every few minutes.
My WindowsUpdate won't work either, since it uses IE as a conduit.  I
