When I click Favorites -> Add to Favorites, it stores the favorite in
C:\Users\User\Downloads\Favorites.  But my Favorites & Organize Favorites
pull from C:\Users\User\Downloads\Favorites\Favorites.
What can I do to co-ordinate these 2 functions

I'm using IE7 on WIN XP Pro SP2. I have noticed that my favorites file dates
keep changing and in some cases the file size keeps getting larger over time.
The date seems to change each time I visit a site. There also seems to be a
lot of information (much of which is repetitive) ...

i can't seem to d/l ANY files! using  ie7 and vista. what apears to happen is
this: click on file to d/l, box opens to, open file or save file, click save

My school uses a Microsoft web access server (MS Exchange server 2003) to
access our Outlook email. I can access and read email, but when I compose a
new email click send IE7 crashes. every time.

When creating a Floating Div, the border in the area next to it does not go
behind the float, instead it is in the foreground.  This is not correct
behavior and in fact was working correctly in IE6.

When I am using web mail with IE 7 I try to reply or forward an email EI 7

It seems that the "Customize Command Bar" options are all blanked out /
unavailable / locked.  How do I make these options available so I can add or
remove commands to the toolbar?

I am having trouble with IE7.  It is bringing up blank pages.  Pictures and
images come up fine, but any text is missing and there is just a blank white
spot where there should be text.  Also, any pop up dialog boxes (like for my
