All of a sudden I can't add sites to my favorites. I can still see my
favorites list and all links work, just can't add any new ones as IE

Before I got my new computer, I backed up everything to disc.  Now I'm trying
to get my old favorites off the disc and import them to the new computer.  I
use the import wizard, get to the end and get the "not a valid bookmark"
