I encountered a weird problem with IE. I had issues with password cache of
IE7.0; it wasn't allowing me to enter the regular intranet sites even after
the correct password. So I uninstalled IE7.0. The problem start now with
IE6.0 (sp1)

I am using XP Pro with IE7. I open IE7 and it opens my home page. I then try
to close it using the 'X' in the top right hand corner. It does not close the
first time, I have to click the 'X' a second time for IE7 to close. There are
no error reports.

I get a lot of unplanned shutdowns through the day on Internet Explorer 7.0.  
I've downloaded everything as far as I know.  It seems to get worse in the
afternoon, often shutting down 5-6 times per hour.  What gives?
