When closing a window (such as a hyperlink) IE7 usually says it has "encountered a problem" and has to be shut down. VERY annoying. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

Somehow I managed to loose the lauch icon for IE7. IE7 is still there because if i click a link in outlook 2007 it launches IE7 and loads the page. From there I'm good to go until I close the browser. I tried searching the drive for, but couldn't find, the ie7 file. I tired

when I use a server script to IE6 does not download a file. It opens a download dialog that states a wrong Content-Type (text/html instead of e.g. 'image/jpeg') and the wrong file name (the name of the script instead of the filename used in the http Content-Disposition header.
