IE7 has to be shut down when closing a window24 Jul 2007 15:54 GMT1
When closing a window (such as a hyperlink) IE7 usually says it has
"encountered a problem" and has to be shut down. VERY annoying. Any idea why
this is happening and how to fix it?

I have found that when I enter more than one word into the IE7 search
box, when it is set to Wikipedia, a plus sign (+) is inserted between
the words.

I am not happy with the slowness and overall layout of IE7.  I turned the
phishing off and it is still extremely slower than before.  I am using

I have tried almost everything and now am at a complete loss, so hoping some

when I use a server script to IE6 does not download a file. It opens a
download dialog that states a wrong Content-Type (text/html instead of
e.g. 'image/jpeg') and the wrong file name (the name of the script
instead of the filename used in the http Content-Disposition header.
