My OS is Vista with IE7 built-in.
When I start Internet Explorer (Iexplore.exe) the message "Internet Explorer
has stopped working" appears.   When I close the box, a message on the start
bar says "To help protect your computer, DEP has closed Internet Explorer".  

My system has Windows Vista Home Edition with IE7.  Whenever I open IE7 I get
the following message (or something like this):
An error has occurred initializing Virtual Key Shared Cache.  To open
Virutal Key correctly close application and restart.

Wenn I close a site, either in a tab or with the red cross, I receive the
following message:
"There is a problem with internet explorer, and internet explorer has to
shut down".

IE7 - Windows Vista on a new computer
Yesterday, all worked well. Only after installing some new programs did IE7
quit working.

IE 7 closes every time I have multiple tabs open or have multiple windows
running IE7 open. I have tried to start IE7 without add ons it says IE is
running without add ons but I can't access the internet or any web page.

I am using Vista and I.E. 7, I have been trying to download Acrobat Reader 8.
It starts then the window fades and I.E.7 shuts down. I have tried everything
I can think of. I've tried with Add-ons On and Add-ons Off, firewall,
antivirus and other security units on and off. I just ...

I updated to IE 7 and after restarting my computer and i attepmt to run IE7
it starts then says it needs to download a file runonce2.htm that is a
firefox file. I use firefox often so I have both browsers. In fact I am using

tried to uninstall IE7 but system could not find a file named
(browseui.dll.000) it stated "the file browseui.dll.000 on windows NT service
Pack Uninstall Directory is needed".  All i have now is a icon that won't
work, nothing no properties, nothing have to use firefox.

IE7 won't work on the main login on my laptop, but works on my kids logins.  
Therefore, I've had to use FireFox to access the internet through my login.  
I want to use my Rhapsody acct, but have to use IE.  I tried to reset my IE
per instructions on MS website, but it didn't work ...

Hi, I recently upgraded to IE7 and have this problem (Windows is
freezing) when I'm running IE7 and press Alt+Tab to change the focus
to another app.
To unfreeze it, I have to press the Windows key or Ctr+Alt+Del.

My 64 bit Vista IE 7 browser has lost all the toolbars. No pull downs, no
command bar, no stars for favorites. Otherwise it works fine. My 32 bit
browser is OK.
Any suggestions? There's nothing at Microsoft for this-only similar problems

Can someone tell me why the favicon here, www.goreybibliography.com,
shows up in IE7, while this one, www.fearofdolls.com, does not? What's
missing from the second one?

There should be an option, that IE would open with all the tabs (and websites
opened) from the moment it was last closed.
Example: You browse 9 sites on some particular subject, battery dies, system

I use Comcast webmail.  My various computers include W2K Pro with IE6, XP
Home with IE6, and Vista Home Premium with IE7.
On my XP / IE6 computers, everything works ok.
On the Vista computer, my Comcast webmail email messages display text, rich

When i try to do windows updates it says internet explorer is currently
running with add-ons disabled. as a result I can't update the machine.
