i want to change the email client in xp with ie 6.
i have already posted this question and was routed to add remove, set
access, and defaults. that is great for there is a list of existing clients,
but i need to add one that is not one of the bullet points!

whenever i click on my internet explorer icon on my desktop, a screen pops up
that says:
Internet explorer has stopped working

I am trying to add a new mail client to IE so that when i click an email
address on a web browser, IE ofcourse, I am brought a new browser with
whatever email client suits me. . .
any thoughts or help?

I'm using Vista (up-to-date and Genuine)
