I noticed that a web site on my PC which runs on port 1024 isn't recognised
as Local Intranet or My Computer zone. The site though exists in trusted
sites. I tried to also added to Local Intranet and then i got a dialog
notifying me that it already exists in trusted sites and if ...

IE7 enable proxy automaticaly even if the option "find a proxy automatically
?" is disable.

I have installed IE7 without uninstalling IE6 in my windows XP(sp2).

I imported Favorites and instead of putting the Favorites folder in my folder
it put it in the Music folder.   I then copied the Favorites folder to where

I installed IE7 but I am still getting BTYahoo! instead when I want the

I had a  failed ie7 install the other day.  I uninstalled and now I
can't load any web pages in ie6 or Firefox 2.  I have a good internet
connection (email still works), but when I go to google or Yahoo, it
just says done on the status bar.

When I try to download a file from zone.msn.com, I get an error message:

When I click on internet options under the tools, the drop down box only
shows up for a mili-second and then disappears.  Using Explorer 7.  This
problem just started about a week ago.  I want the internet options drop down
box to stay instead of disappearing.  Help.  thanks.

I have had IE7 and Firefox on my pc for a few months. Last week, all
of a sudden, I have lost IE. I have the IE icon the desktop but when I
launch it, Firefox starts up. And I cant find the IE exe files to
repair the shortcut.

Hi all after i close out ie7 it stays in my windows taskbar. but if i click
on it it leaves or if i click on a area of my screen it leaves. any ideas why
it stays there after i close it out or how to fix this?
