When I try to select multiple items in an IE7 window (instructions on the web

Since I have upgraded to Vista, I have been having a problem with saving
favorites. When I go to save a page in favorites by clicking the 'plus-star'
button and then 'add to favorites', then using the dropdown list of folders,
I find there is nothing on the dropdown list.
