When I click on Internet Options from the Tool Menu, the interface appears for half a second and then disappears. I tried 4 times to install IE7, and I had always to come back to IE6. I use Windows XP.

Where is the html file stored that is accessed via the view source option in IE7. Is this file accessable from outside IE7 if so how.
