I have a PC which wouldn't show the tabs in IE7.  We believe the user had
installed a beta version, so decided to format her machine and start from
scratch (it had various other problems).
Yesterday, I formatted it, reinstalled all Windows Updates including IE7.  I

I'm having a very curious but annoying problem with all the spaces existing
at Windows Live Spaces.

When I click on Internet Options from the Tool Menu, the interface appears
for half a second and then disappears. I tried 4 times to install IE7, and I
had always to come back to IE6.
