should run Performance Optimizer.  When I declined, it closed the tab, but
not IE.

My IE Privacy settings are set to HIGH.
Under Sites msn.com is ALLOWED.
IE is blocking cookies from www.msnbc.msn.com.

Have two systems, one of them displays an error page message in the lower
left corner of IE7 when you get a page error, the other does not.  The
tools/internet options/ Advanced tab seem to have the same settings.  What
else could control this?

I am trying to install IE7 on a Dell Latitude D610 running Windows XP
SP2. I have switched off Cisco Security Agent but Sophos AV is still
running (I do not know how to close this application) as is CounterSpy
(again, I do not know how to close this application). I have IE6

Can someone help with this issue? I have a multi-boot system with
Win98se & XP2. Both have IE6 SP1. Lately I noticed when on eBay, if I
backspace or click the left arrow to return to previous page, in 98 it
always works and I see no AD urls in the popup bubble when the L-arrow

I have vista and IE 7 on two computers.  I can open some websites on one
computer without any problem but cannot on the other. How do I fix this issue?

Could someone tell me why Vista won't let me access any websites with a good
Comcast connection.  New Dell laptop.  Message is 403 Forbidden.  IE 7 is
denying permission to any website.  Any ideas?
