Our PCs run Vista, and one of them has a nasty problem with IE 7. Every time IE 7 is started, the page http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx is loaded, but only the blue background of this page is displayed. Other pages with active content are also shown incompletely.

Very strange - I know that my network is ok because email works fine - I just can't browse the web. If I boot into safe mode all is well. Anyone got any ideas? I'm thinking there's an add-on or something interfering but danged if I can find it.

Whenever I close 1 window or tab (I've tried both), it closes all open windows. It's getting quite irritating. Anyone have a fix? Thanks!
