Is there any way to configure IE7 in Windows Vista Home Premium so when I
download a file it doesn't go in a temp directory but directly in my own
directory
I mean, when the download is done and the file is big you have time to see

such as CNN.com or AOL.com all the advertisement blocks show but nothing
